MB's Background

Though she got her start in the Philadelphia wedding market, Mary Beth "MB" Salmieri has been recently found planning the majority of her events in Las Vegas & Los Angeles. MB received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts/Communications from Villanova University in 2004. She followed this with a Wedding/Meeting Planning Certificate from QC Wedding School in 2005. After interning with several event planning and wedding consulting firms, Mary Beth became passionate about planning weddings. "I saw the stress that brides went through and wanted so badly to help them", she stated in a 2007 article about wedding day stress. "I knew I could. I love making lifelong dreams a reality." MB returned to the classroom and completed the Professional Planners Certification program through the International Association of Bridal Consultants. Mary Beth is an accredited Professional Bridal Consultant.

Mary Beth opened "Weddings by MB" because although she is qualified to plan any event, she wanted to focus her energy primarily on weddings. MB has since planned hundreds of memorable weddings from Philadelphia to Las Vegas and destination weddings from Aruba to Santa Barbara. From the utterly spectacular to the simple & sweet, MB has planned every kind of event to capture her bride's dreams. She has truly earned her reputation as the choice for savvy brides everywhere. Her events are famous for their creativity and personalized flair. She was recognized as both "2009 Most Creative Wedding Planner" & "2009's Best Wedding Coordinator" in Las Vegas by LVB magazine.

TV Appearances

Deal or No Deal selected Mary Beth as a contestant thanks to her high energy & contagious personality. Although she did not win the $1 million that was in her case, she had the highest rated episode of the 3rd season! She proved her ability to withstand immense pressure in front of a national audience. The show was just the push she needed to follow her dream of becoming the most sought-after wedding coordinator in the country.

The Newlywed Game (GSN) also selected MB to be a part of the remake of the 1960's show in 2008.

Wedded Bliss (WE) selected MB as a coordinator for couples to be featured on future episodes.
